Getting To Know Us
Malcolm Chennell entered the security industry at the age of 17, when alarm systems were usually only fitted in banks and Ministry of Defence buildings. In 1984 he set up his own company, Technologica Ltd with his wife Mary, an international journalist, as administrative director. The company name was simplified to Technica Systems two years later.
Malcolm’s background and reputation rapidly ensured official security regulation recognition, enabling the company to protect high end clients and corporations. These include members of the aristocracy, as well as sporting and showbusiness personalities, industrialists, members of the legal and medical professions and high society as well as the homes of writers and those involved in the arts.
This 38 year history continues under the care of Mary, following the sudden death of Malcolm in 2016.

Susan joined as the pivotal Assistant to the Directors in 2003.
Wendy Farrell
Appointed Assistant to the Service Manager in 2012 and took over the post two years later.

As our company Accountant Mukund has overseen the financial health of the company since 1999.

Stock control is in the hands of Bharat Ladhani, who moved into the position in 2015.
